POWERPREP PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how Life Connect Health, LLC ("Life Connect Health," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with PowerPREP, a non-clinical membership, coaching, education, and skill-building program.

This Policy applies to information collected through the PowerPREP website, booking system, and membership services. It should be read together with the PowerPREP Terms of Service.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Scheduling Information

When you book an appointment through our Calendly scheduling system, we collect the name, email address, and phone number provided at the time of booking. For members who are minors, this information is provided by a parent or legal guardian, not the minor.

Billing Information

When you purchase a PowerPREP membership, payment is processed through Stripe. Stripe collects your payment card and billing details directly. Life Connect Health does not receive or store your full payment card number.

Coaching and Program Records

Notes and records related to your participation in PowerPREP coaching are maintained in SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant practice management system. This information is not shared with any party outside Life Connect Health.

Website Usage Information

We use Google Analytics and Netlify Analytics to collect aggregate, non-identifying information about visitors to our website, such as pages viewed, device type, and general geographic location. This data does not include your name, contact information, or any health-related information.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information described above to:

• schedule and manage appointments
• process membership payments and manage billing
• provide and document coaching services
• communicate with you about your membership, billing, or scheduling
• maintain and improve our website; and
• comply with applicable law

3. HOW INFORMATION IS DISCLOSED

We disclose personal information only as follows:

Scheduling information is disclosed to Calendly, our scheduling provider, solely to operate the booking system.

Billing information is disclosed to Stripe, our payment processor, solely to process payments.

Website usage information is disclosed to Google and Netlify, our analytics providers, in aggregate form.

Coaching and program records maintained in SimplePractice are accessible to Life Connect Health personnel and are not disclosed to any outside party.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our website uses cookies placed by Google Analytics and by Calendly's scheduling widget. These cookies support website analytics and appointment scheduling functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect site functionality, including the ability to book an appointment.

5. DATA SECURITY

We rely on the security practices of our service providers to help safeguard your information:

Stripe maintains PCI-DSS compliance for payment processing.

SimplePractice maintains HIPAA-compliant security standards for coaching and program records.

We take reasonable measures designed to protect other personal information we maintain, consistent with applicable law.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide PowerPREP services, administer your membership, and comply with applicable legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

PowerPREP is directed to parents and legal guardians, not to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors, and we do not knowingly accept scheduling requests, bookings, or data submissions from minors. Where a minor participates in PowerPREP with parental or guardian consent, all account, scheduling, and billing information must be provided and managed by the parent or legal guardian.

8. YOUR CHOICES

You may request a copy of, or request deletion of, coaching and program records maintained in SimplePractice by contacting us using the information below. Certain records may be retained where required by applicable law or professional recordkeeping standards.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
