Real results for real families
★★★★★
"He finally feels like he belongs"
"My son lights up every week because of PowerPrep. He loves interacting with his new friends. He's found a place where he can talk about what he's going through and feel like he's not alone. The skills coaches go above and beyond to connect with him. If your kid struggles to connect, this is worth trying."

"After 5 years of nothing working, this did"
"PowerPrep has been such a blessing for our family. After 5 years of our daughter being bounced around through group homes, hospitals, and different coaches, this team finally gave us real hope — that things could be different and they'd stick with us no matter where she lived! They don't just coach her to redirect herself and use appropriate communication skills — they help me and my husband understand how to support her too. They have a deep understanding of intellectual disabilities and they've never given up on us. If your family has been through the system and felt like nothing sticks, please give this a try."

Frequently asked
No. Neither our Coaching Track nor our Clinical Track requires insurance. Both are available as a simple monthly subscription — no referrals, no prior authorizations, no claims. You pay directly, and we get to work.
Coaching is skill-based and action-oriented — it focuses on building practical everyday skills like organization, emotional regulation, and independence. It is not clinical treatment. Our Clinical Track is therapy: it involves licensed clinicians, treatment planning, and is appropriate for individuals with more complex behavioral health needs. We help you figure out which is right during your free fit call.
We serve adolescents, young adults, and families — including individuals who are neurodivergent, have IDD, are deaf or hard of hearing, or are navigating the transition to adulthood. If you're not sure whether we're the right fit, our free call will give you a clear answer.
Clinical services are currently available in Tennessee, Virginia, New Mexico, Florida, and New Jersey, with Arizona and North Carolina coming soon. Our Coaching Track is available nationwide — no matter where you are in the US.
